$75 per Deer
Basic Processing includes skinning, boning, cutting, grinding burger and vacuum packing your steaks and meat. All meat is vacuum packed in specially designed freezer-ready bags.


With a basic processing, the inner tenderloins are left whole, the back-straps are also left whole unless requested differently. The remaining portion of the deer will be cut into steaks of your choice and the trimmings will be ground into burger, unless requested otherwise. (all burger is ground twice!)


Rump roasts are available, but remember that you are giving up steaks to get the roasts.

Processing normally takes 1-2 days; this does not include any special items i.e. summer sausage or other special requests.


You may choose to add pork or suet to your burger for an additional nominal fee. Pork is usually mixed at a 3 to 1 ratio i.e. 1/3 pork, 2/3 venison. (remember we take the time to grind all burger twice!)

Retaining the hide for yourself.........$10 per hide

We are limited on cooler/ freezer space, so there will be a charge of $2.00 per day for each day of storage after the initial 3 days.
We are a USDA certified and inspected facility.

The DNR has mandated safe handling procedures in which we follow stringently.

The only change we have made to previous methods is that we no longer cut neck roasts because we no loner use a band saw to cut venison; everything is cut and boned with a hand knife to ensure there is no cutting into the bone.
We have been processing deer for over 17 years and we value your business!


We handle each deer as we would our own.

You take home the meat from the deer you brought in! (but remember: any shot to the main body ruins a large portion of the meat!)


After processing is finished, you will be contacted and expected to pick up your meat within 3 days!
We are a proud sponsor for HUNT FOR THE HUNGRY. We are an official Hunt for the Hungry drop-off location. You may bring in your field-dressed deer and donate it for no fee. We will process the deer and all of the meat is donated to our local food pantries as ground burger to distribute to needy families.
