Beef 

Includes cutting, boning, and vacuum packing of steaks, roasts, and other cuts; as well as ground burger in 1# or 2# packages.

  • Slaughter – Whole-  $65

  • Cutting –  $1.00/lb   *$300 min/half

  • Patties – $0.70/lb

Includes cutting, boning, and vacuum packing of steaks, roasts, and other cuts; as well as ground pork in 1# packages.

  • Whole – $50

  • Half – $25

  • Cutting – $1.00/lb of carcass

  • Bratwurst/Pork Sausage – $2.25/lb

  • Smoking (Ham & Bacon) – $1.25/lb
