Beef 

Includes cutting, boning, and vacuum packing of steaks, roasts, and other cuts; as well as ground burger in 1# or 2# packages.

  • Slaughter – Whole-  $100

  • Cutting –  $1.00/lb   *$300 min/half

  • Patties – $0.90/lb  (#1/2  or #1/3 ONLY)

Pig

Includes cutting, boning, and vacuum packing of steaks, roasts, and other cuts; as well as ground pork in 1# packages.

  • Whole – $70

  • Half – $35

  • Cutting – $1.00/lb of carcass

  • Bratwurst/Pork Sausage – $3.00/lb

  • Smoking (Ham & Bacon) – $2.50/lb
